Our package also offers thoughtful touches: choose between a Bay Tour + Darwin Research Station, or a 6-course fine dining experience at Finch Bay with optional overnight stay. To ensure comfort throughout, all excursions are arranged on luxury-class yachts, not budget boats — because every detail matters. Cancellation Policy
3.1 Cancellations by the Customer: • For CIG Classic Tours, cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to the departure date will receive a full refund. • For CIG Package, cancellations made at least 60 days prior to the departure date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the departure date will receive a half refund. • For CIG Prestige Tours, cancellations made at least 90 days prior to the departure date will receive a full refund. • For Yacht Bookings, cancellations must be made at least 120 days prior to the departure date to receive a full refund. 3.2 Cancellations by CIG Tours: In the rare event that CIG Tours cancels a tour, customers will receive a full refund. However, we are not liable for additional costs incurred by the customer, such as airfare. 3.3 No-Show Policy: Customers who fail to appear at the designated meeting location at the specified time will not be eligible for a refund. 3.4 Passport and Information Requirements: Certain tours may require customers to provide passports and personal information due to local laws. If a customer refuses to provide the necessary information, they may request a refund, provided the request is made at least 72 hours before departure. Refunds will not be granted for refusals made within 72 hours of the tour.
