CIG Tours Cancellation Policy

At CIG Tours, we are dedicated to offering the most flexible cancellation policies possible. However, due to the high operational costs associated with delivering our premium services and varying regional regulations, cancellation policies differ for each tour.

For most standard tours, cancellations can be made up to 48 hours before the start of service. For high-end luxury experiences, cancellation policies may vary, with some requiring cancellations 45 days in advance, others 120 days in advance, and certain experiences being non-cancellable. Please refer to the specific cancellation terms for each tour to ensure you are fully informed.

We make every effort to streamline our service supply chain and communicate clearly, ensuring that you have the best experience from start to finish.

Refund Process

Cancellations are processed promptly, and we aim to refund your original payment within 24 hours. However, depending on your payment method, it may take up to 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Weather or Operational Issues

If your tour is affected by weather or operational issues, you can choose to either receive a refund or have the tour rearranged for a later date.
